House & Building Relocation
Specialised hydraulic trailer technology for moving homes and buildings safely and precisely across New Zealand.
Purpose-built equipment for precision building relocation
Relocating a house or building is one of the most complex transport operations there is - and TDM Transport has the specialised equipment to do it precisely. Our hydraulically controlled house removal trailer moves larger structures into tighter spaces than standard trailers can manage, keeping buildings level and stable,
Remote axle steering - full remote-control steering for tight-access site manoeuvrability
Independent suspension & levelling - skid plate control keeps buildings perfectly level on steep or uneven ground
Split-axle obstacle clearance - individual axles lift independently to step over walls, stumps and site hazards
Adjustable deck height - 850mm to 1800mm range to clear obstacles and simplify final placement
Hydraulic King Pin side-shifting - moves buildings 300mm sideways via remote for precise pile alignment
Poly Beam Torsional Box - 40% stiffer than standard trailers for maximum stability in transit
